There are about a half-dozen lawsuits pending, some of which could impact the deadlines for mail in ballots. Where do they stand? And why has the right to vote been politicized?

We talk about the issue with Ben Geffen, lawyer for Public Interest Law Center, Donnell Drinker, Election Protection for ACLU, Abu Edwards, co-founder of Millennials in Action, Todd Polinchock, Republican State Representative from Bucks County and Pat Christmas, policy director at the Committee of Seventy.

Then, our Patriot Home Care Changemaker of the week is PhillyVoting.org. The non-partisan non-profit was founded by Jonathan Lovitz and Jason Evans to create a contact-free, socially distanced friendly way to connect potential voters who are LGBTQ and people of color to digital voter education information.
